I love property and genuinely enjoy helping people achieve their dreams.

I will come to see you to give you lots of helpful advice on selling your home, as well as giving you an honest valuation of your property. Once you have decided to sell your home with us I work with our professional photographer to stage and style your home to help make it stand out on property portals such as Rightmove. As well as this, I also conduct all viewings for you, buyers prefer to be shown around the property by a third party and it gives us chance to get to know our buyers before negotiating the very best price for your home. I’m also on hand to offer help and support throughout the progression of the sale.

Previously, I spent 20 years as a director of a housing association, so I’m no stranger to property.

At home, my 2 daughters, Megan and Libby keep me on my toes. I enjoy going to the gym, spending quality time with my family, and cooking my famous Sunday roasts, which are apparently ‘to die for’.

Hi, I’m Phil,

I love the challenge of dealing with property lettings and everything that comes with them. I’m responsible for the maintenance of our portfolio of rentals, ensuring that they pass their quarterly inspections with flying colours. Managing the finances is also ‘my bag’ and I collect the rent and liaise with Her Majesty at HMRC to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

In a previous life, I worked in the fast-paced and highly competitive oil and gas industry.

To relax, I play the Euphonium in a brass band; in fact, I met my wife and business partner, Annabelle, in the school brass band many moons ago.

Hi, I’m Emma,

It is my job to ensure everything runs smoothly for you when buying or selling your home with us. I work relentlessly to chase solicitors and other agents in your chain to help your sale progress in a timely manor. You will probably speak to me when you phone our office, and I will probably be the one to welcome you if you call in to see us.

I also help Annabelle with sales negotiations and Phil and Jo with the lettings admin.

At home, I am the proud mother to my 11-year-old daughter, Daisy who is the apple of my eye.

I look after the selling of your home – I will come to your property with our professional photographer, David, to capture your home in it’s best light with my love of interior design and styling. I will also carry out the viewings of your home with any potential buyers.

At home I am married to Graham and have two grown up boys as well as my gorgeous girls Ina & Millie the Labradors.

I co-ordinate all our marketing activity and manage the brand awareness for On The Move Property Boutique. From producing our beautiful sales brochures to ensuring your home gets maximum exposure across our social media channels.

At home I’m married to PE Teacher, Rob and have two wonderful children.

I am very happy to have recently joined the team, to manage the rental portfolio.  I have worked in the property industry for 5 plus years, liaising with tenants, landlords and managing property refurbishments/maintenance, I have extensive experience of over 20+ years within Sales and Customer Facing/Service led roles.

I have two wonderful children, I enjoy socialising and walking with my 3 adorable dogs.
